Our AL35+ Cradled Panel is the premium choice for a rigid and stable work surface. The design flips our AL35 stretcher bars upside down so the back of the bar contacts the back of the panel, creating a true cradle. This increases the gluing surface area, creating a solid and flat working surface. We mate a timber profile to the bar so it appears as a fully wooden panel from the outside.

Our in-house designed aluminium resists humidity and temperature fluctuations, eliminating warping, twisting, and bowing that can compromise artwork over time. We use 100% New Zealand milled and manufactured aluminium. Cross braces at larger dimensions distribute support evenly across the entire panel, eliminating weak points and flex.
