What is your turnaround time?

Because all of our products are made-to-order, please allow 2-3 weeks for production and delivery. Orders go into production at time of purchase.

Can I place a rush order?

Rush orders are considered on a case-to-case basis depending on availability and will incur a 25% service fee. Please contact us prior to placing your order if you need a rush.

Can I place a custom order?

If you need a size, configuration, or design that's not listed on our website, contact us and we'll make it for you. We never charge "custom fees" for bespoke work.

How will I know when my order is ready?

Once production on your order is finished, you will receive notification via email. If you chose pickup at checkout, you may collect your order during our normal business hours (9:00am-5:00pm). If you chose delivery at checkout, your email notification will include instructions to schedule your delivery.

Do you stretch finished paintings?

Yes, we are happy to stretch your finished work. Please contact us to enquire about our stretching services. We only stretch paintings on substrates that we have made.

What are your delivery and shipping options?

Pickup from our shop is always free. We deliver to the greater Auckland area—from Whangārei down to Hamilton. Delivery charges are based on distance from our shop in Henderson and there is a minimum order for deliveries. At this time, dedicated third party shipping options (NZ Post) are only available for our canvas products. Visit our Delivery & Shipping page for more info.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital wallets, Afterpay, and POLi payments.

Why isn't my address suggestion appearing at checkout?

Address suggestions at checkout are powered by Google Autocomplete and may be blocked by browser extensions such as ad blockers or privacy tools. To fix this, try checking out in an incognito/private window, switching to a different browser, disabling browser extensions temporarily, or clearing your browser cache and cookies.

What is your return policy?

Upon receipt of your order, you will be offered a visual inspection of all products. If anything is deemed unacceptable we will refund or exchange the item(s) at no charge. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after you have accepted the order.
